New Media Partnership for WPLC

Work Place Learning Centre (WPLC) has agreed a media partnership with the Learning and Development Influencers Europe event which will be held in London from 17-18 September 2019.

The event is being organised by Corinium and builds on the success they have enjoyed with their USA based events for Chief Learning Officers.

The London based European event is expected to host more than 100 leaders of corporate learning and development functions from Europe and the United Kingdom.

The format of the two day event puts the focus on in depth group discussions that will explore L&D strategies, and examine the latest developments in areas like

  • employee engagement,
  • personalisation of training,
  • the ROI of L&D,
  • digital and
  • continuous learning

The aim is that attendees will leave with something concrete that they can apply to their own strategy.

With personalised learning in mind the event features a diverse session format that includes

  • keynote presentations,
  • keynote panel discussions,
  • insider sessions and
  • discussion groups,

Attendees will be able to personalise their experience and target the issues that will have the greatest impact on the achievement of their objectives.

Over 35 corporate practitioners will be discussing how to put L&D at the heart of the organisation, what this means for them and their business, alongside learning how to maximise the use of technology to facilitate a culture of continuous learning.

Samuel Marklew, Production Director at Corinium said

“We’re thrilled to expand the global learning-focused event series beyond US, to cover Europe. This year’s agenda has been designed to highlight the main challenges that the L&D leaders face around learning, technology and the integration between the two.”
