The discussion forum on the Website is provided for your use. The views and opinions that may be expressed in such forum do not reflect those of Abeceder Limited.
You must not use the discussion forum to display any material which is:-
- in contravention of any relevant local, national or international law or which incites or encourages the contravention of such law;
- racist, sexist or homophobic, obscene, menacing, defamatory, indecent, abusive, threatening, offensive or illegal; in breach of the copyright, trade mark, confidentiality or any other right of a third party; which is in any other way harmful or objectionable to a third party; which contains or may contain any form of software virus; which is of a political nature; or which consists of chain letters or "spam";
- pornographic, obscene, profane or vulgar;
- defamatory of any person, entity or organisation;
- abusive, threatening or otherwise likely to be harmful to those persons likely to use the Website;
- otherwise offensive in the opinion of Abeceder Limited;
- infringing of the rights (including the intellectual property rights) of any person;
- related to the conduct of a business.
By submitting information to the discussion forum, you grant Abeceder Limited a non-exclusive world wide royalty-free perpetual non-revocable licence to use, distribute, adapt, modify, display, reproduce and transmit such information in any media or in any manner in whole or in part and we shall be under no duty to account to you.
You also grant to Abeceder Limited the right to grant licences to persons who use the Website to view and copy such information provided by you for their own personal use.
You agree that Abeceder has the right in its discretion to edit or delete any messages which you may post on the discussion forum, and this will include but may not be limited to any message which contravenes the rules that we have set out above.
