Study shows up to 90% of staff could do so much better
The Sunday Herald has reported the findings of a study which shows that as many as 90% of employees in the UK’s leading financial and manufacturing services companies are underperforming.
The study was conducted over two years and showed that levels of pay and benefits had little impact on performance. But there is a direct link between praise and feedback and levels of performance.
