Join the Work Place Learning Centre team of Sales Agents –Major Clients
Abeceder is looking for direct sales agents to support the launch of the new Abeceder web shop Work Place Learning Centre.
Abeceder managing director Michael Millward said when launching the search that the company is only looking for the most talented and enthusiastic people to join our team of independent sales agents.
We will provide the successful candidates with leads generated from our marketing activities including a direct marketing and a calendar of exhibitions. But you will also be able to create your own business opportunities.
The successful candidates will be responsible for managing all aspects of the client relationship from opening business, arranging meetings, preparing proposals, negotiation and credit control.
This role offers the opportunity to build a business that could include managing your own sales team!
Successful candidates can expect to get involved in
- Prospecting and generating new leads through networking and events
- Consulting with clients to understand their needs
- Preparing quotations and detailed proposals
- Effectively handling client objections and client education
- Following up prospects and guiding them through the purchasing process
- Managing client relationships, satisfaction and expectations
It is not an easy life being a sales agent, but if you are good so are the rewards
This is a commission only role; you will be paid in line with the results that you achieve. So the smarter you work the better the results you will achieve and the more you will be rewarded.
We expect you to earn between £30,000 and £50,000 in your first year, with no cap on your earning potential!
There are even opportunities to earn residual income from those clients that you manage well.
